Introduction to Transition Coordinators
Helping new coordinators see their role in the bigger picture.

What the team needed
An insurance client needed to introduce transition coordinators to the elements of their new role. Learners needed a clear view of their responsibilities and an understanding of the customers, representatives, and internal teams they would work with.
How we approached it
The course organized that introduction into five topics, accessible from a central opening screen. It connected the coordinator’s role to customer conversations and the wider transition process, giving learners context for the more detailed training ahead.
Seeing the connections
The learning introduced team responsibilities, customer contact, and the transition to ongoing support. Bringing these connected pieces into one experience helped explain where the coordinator’s work fit and why each part mattered.
Why we designed it this way
Before getting into the details of a new job, it helps to see how the pieces fit. This course gave coordinators that starting point, connecting their tasks to the people they would support and the teams they would work alongside.
