About Red 27

We care about
the people learning.

And the people responsible for helping them succeed. We’re here to listen, think it through with you, and create training your team can use.

Meet David

David McIntyre

Helping people learn has been a thread through David’s working life.

For nearly 20 years, he’s designed learning and led training in classrooms, online, and in seminars. His work has taken him across healthcare, federal programs, insurance, telecommunications, nonprofits, restaurants, and retail.

Along the way, he’s helped thousands of learners through training programs, courses, trainer preparation, and practical tools for the job. He brings that experience to each project, with an interest in what your people need and what will help them succeed.

David also spent more than a decade as an on-air radio personality, MC, and performance specialist. He knows how to hold a room, connect with an audience, and bring a story to life. At Red 27, that experience helps him make training feel like a conversation people want to be part of.

LET’S
THINK IT
THROUGH

Tell us what’s happening with your team.

Maybe you’re welcoming new hires, introducing a system, or helping your trainers get ready. You know something needs to change. You may still be figuring out what that looks like.

That’s a good place to start. We’ll ask questions, listen to the people who know the work, and help you decide what makes sense. Then we’ll work with you to create learning that fits your team and the job they need to do.

The right tools for your project.

We work with AI tools, Articulate 360, the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other content creation tools. We choose them around your goals and your learners, whether you need a course, a video, or a handy reference for the job.

Help beyond the course.

We also lead training ourselves, virtually and in person. Need help preparing your trainers or organizing delivery? We’re happy to coordinate train-the-trainer (T3) programs and work with you on the training process.

What working together looks like

01

We listen first.

You know your team. We want to understand what’s working, what’s difficult, and what you’d like to see change.

02

We make it relatable.

We use stories, examples, and situations your people can recognize, so they can see how the learning connects to their day.

03

We keep it practical.

We build in opportunities to practice and useful guidance people can turn to when it’s time to do the work.

You know your people.
Let’s help them grow.
